Terms of service

These terms cover the website at aonepromos.com and the Chrome extension “A1 Promos: Promo Codes & Auto-Apply”, both run by A1 Promos. By using either of them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

What A1 Promos is

A1 Promos lists promo codes and deals for online shops. A team member tests each code before it's published and re-checks it regularly. We are not the shops: we don't sell anything, we don't process your orders, and we can't help with a shop's delivery, returns or customer service.

Codes and deals are provided as-is

We work hard to keep the list accurate, but shops control their own promotions and can change or end them at any time without telling us. We don't guarantee that any code will work, that a discount will be the amount shown, or that a deal is the best available. Always check the total before you pay. A1 Promos isn't responsible for a code that doesn't work or for anything you buy from a shop.

Affiliate links

Some shop links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through one. It never costs you anything extra and it doesn't change which codes we list or how we rank them. Affiliate links are marked. The extension uses an affiliate link only after you click Copy, Activate deal or Try codes, and never replaces another site's referral.

Your account

You need an account only to submit codes, and you sign in with Google. You're responsible for what's done with your account, so keep your Google account secure. You can delete your account at any time from your account page; see the privacy policy for what that removes.

Submitting codes

By submitting a code you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it isn't a personal, single-use code issued to someone else. You give us permission to publish, edit, shorten and remove anything you submit, and to show your name next to approved codes unless you switch that credit off in your account settings. We review every submission and may reject it without giving a reason.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• submit codes you aren't allowed to share, or that are private, stolen or fake;
• spam the site or the extension with submissions, votes, reports or messages, or use bots or scripts to do so;
• cast votes or send reports that you know to be false, to push a code up or sink it;
• work around rate limits, bot checks or other protections, or probe the site for weaknesses without our permission;
• scrape or copy the catalogue in bulk to republish it elsewhere;
• use the site or the extension to break the law or a shop's terms.

The Chrome extension

The extension shows codes for the shop you're on and, at checkout, can try them for you. Nothing runs until you click “Try all codes”, and the extension never places, changes or cancels an order. It reads the order total to compare codes and leaves the rest of the page alone. You're responsible for checking your order before you pay. Shops change their checkout pages, so auto-apply may not work everywhere; when it doesn't, you can still copy the code and paste it yourself.

Removing content and suspending accounts

We may remove any code, vote, report or message, and suspend or close any account, at any time if we think these terms have been broken, if a shop asks us to, or if it's needed to keep the site working. We'll usually tell you why if you ask.

Shop names and logos

Shop names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are shown only to identify each shop. A1 Promos isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so. If you own a trademark and think we've misused it, get in touch.

Our content

The text, design and code of the site and the extension belong to A1 Promos. You may link to any page and share individual codes. You may not republish the catalogue as a whole or present it as your own.

Liability

The site and the extension are provided as-is and as available. To the extent the law allows, A1 Promos isn't liable for any loss that comes from using them, from a code that doesn't work, or from anything you buy from a shop. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of Pakistan. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top, and changes that matter will be mentioned on the site before they take effect. Using the site or the extension after a change means you accept the new terms.
